This 2005 Sport Nautique SV-211 came from Orlando, Florida, the home of Nautique Boat Company.  It was used there for many years before we acquired it.  We do not know much history on this boat, but we were able to acquire it, and look forward to seeing it back on the water.
 
This boat seems to have suffered some sort of damage while being driven.  The propeller is badly bent, and the underwater gear is in rough condition.  The port windshield wing is broken, and several interior panels are missing.  The hull itself is intact, with no major fiberglass damage, although the gelcoat is badly scratched.  
 
The engine in this boat is an Excalibur 330, and it is still being assessed to determine what sort of refreshing it will need.  The dashboard is intact, and other than one cracked lens, appears to be in good condition.  The upholstery is in need of replacement, and the snap-in carpet needs to be replaced (or converted to SeaDek, which would be easy on this boat).
 
Our plan: 
  • Remove windshield, locate replacement wing, and refinish appropriately
  • Remove interior panels, install new factory-style skins with proper logos and replace foam as-needed
  • Check steering cable, and replace if necessary
  • Check throttle and transmission cables, and replace if necessary
  • Check battey cables and replace if necessary
  • Check underwater gear (propeller, rudder, shaft, strut, tracking fins, etc.) and adjust or replace as necessary
  • Determine what needs to be done to make the engine run properly
  • Thoroughly inspect exhaust system, including muffler and hoses, and check for exhaust riser leaks.
  • Remove dashboard, clean, and test all gauges, replacing if necessary
  • Refinish gelcoat
  • Refinish the composite swim platform
  • All new factory-correct graphics & decals will be installed.
  • Replace carpet
  • Reinstall interior panels, windshield, and other interior parts
  • Final water test and preparation for delivery

  • We normally expect boats to be picked up at our facility in Mooresville, NC.  We will gladly work with a shipping company that YOU hire to ship your boat, however it is your responsibility to ensure that the shipper is trustworthy, and that you are satisfied with the boat before it leaves our facility.  We cannot be responsible for damage that occurs after boats leave our facility.
