Winterization Packages
At Silver Cove Marine, we care about your vessel's well-being. One of the most important services your vessel requires is proper winterization before cold weather approaches. Failure to winterize your boat's vital components can result in catastrophic failure of your engine and other components, and these failures can be extremely expensive to repair.
The technicians at Silver Cove Marine have been maintaining inboard boats for decades, and have the knowledge required to properly winterize your boat and all of its components. We treat your boat as if it were our own, and we want it to be protected from cold weather.
Basic Winterization

Treat fuel system with stabilizer

Run engine (on hose) to operating temperature.

Drain all water from engine block

Reinstall all engine drain plugs

Run engine to fill block with marine anti-freeze
