This 1986 Ski Nautique 2001 has been owned by the same family for a long time, and has been used well over the years. It is ready for a bit of a refresh, and that's exactly what it will get here. This one will get new upholstery, new carpet, refreshed gelcoat, all new original decals, swim platform restoration, a bimini top, a new cover, and some audio work. This already-nice vessel will be beautiful when we're finished with it.
Here's the starting point:

The windshield frame has just come back from the powder coater. We reassembled it today, and it looks great! Looking forward to getting this mounted on the boat!
While this boat is out having the gelcoat sprayed, we have been amassing the restoration parts, including these correct dash stickers. These always get destroyed by the boat keys swinging and general use, and finding these originals is tough, but we found them! These will add greatly to the overall look of the boat once complete.
New rub rail and rope has arrived! Also, the new double pinstripes have arrived! Looking forward to getting these installed once the gelcoat work is complete.
The audio upgrade equipment has arrived for this boat! It is getting Roswell R-Series 6.5" speakers, a Roswell R1 650.4 amp, and a Roswell Cybox bluetooth receiver. This will be a great, understated system that will operate entirely from a user's phone (no head unit), and produce great sound.
The owner of this boat replaced the original tachometer a while back, and wasn't too happy with it. He wanted an original back. Those tachometers haven't been made for years, and we thought we would have to find a used one and refurbish it. We got REALLY lucky though, and located a New Old Stock tachometer of the proper model and colors! This one has never been used, and is in perfect shape! It wasn't cheap, but I think he'll be happy with this one, and it was less expensive than refurbishing a used one.
