We are offering this beautiful 2006 Ski Nautique 206 for sale on consignment for a client. This boat has just received a full gelcoat buff and polish, and is very presentable. While it has not undergone a full restoration (there are areas that are less-than-perfect), it is a very nice boat with GREAT colors!

Quick Facts:

  • 2006 Ski Nautique 206

  • Crush Orange and Onyx Black over Silver Cloud

  • PCM Pro-Sport 5.0 L V8 275 HP

  • 1,218 Hours on Gauge, 1,324.6 according to Diacom

  • Full Sunbrella Cover

  • 2005 Boatmate Single-Axle Trailer

  • Runs Great!

  • Clear North Carolina Title for Boat

  • Clear North Carolina Title for Trailer

Over the past couple of weeks, we have given the interior a full cleaning, buffed and polished the gelcoat, and reviewed the maintenance needs for this vessel. Mechanically, it is in great condition. The PCM 5.0L Pro Sport engine with EFI and Digital Throttle Control runs very nicely, and the transmission is in good condition as well. The steering cable is relatively new, and is not binding at all. The propeller is in good condition. Since this is a Signature Edition, this vessel does not suffer from the gateway issues that the Limited and Team Edition boats do. Therefore, all gauges are original and working properly.

The upholstery is nice, but not perfect. Several cushions, like the bow seat bases, the rear seat base, and a few others, have some cracking. The two rear trunk lids have just been reupholstered, and look great. If the buyer wanted the upholstery perfect, Silver Cove Marine can handle the replacement at a reasonable cost. The carpet is not fraying and seems to be in good condition overall, however it would benefit from a good scrubbing.

The gelcoat looks really nice, but it does have some imperfections as well, like any unrestored 20-year-old boat would. There are some scrapes in the Silver Cloud top deck on the driver's side, and a few other scratches here and there. As mentioned, the gelcoat did have a substantial buff and polish, and is shining very nicely. Also, the exterior vinyl SKI NAUTIQUE graphics on one side were just replaced.

There is an original Flight Control Tower on this boat, with a nice tower-mounted PTM Edge mirror. The bimini top is in nice condition, with no rips or tears. There is a storage boot for the bimini as well.

This vessel comes with a very nice Sunbrella cover, with a ratcheting strap that holds the cover in place under the rub rail. The cover does cover the swim platform.

The trailer is a 2005 Boatmate single-axle with surge brakes. It includes a spare tire. There are no known issues with the trailer.

While this vessel is a Signature Edition, it does have a couple of notable factory options. One is the split fold-down observer's seat. This nice option allows two people to sit in the observer's seat, while the right section folds down for bow access. This boat also has the optional flip-up driver's seat, which makes driving the boat easier for people who need a little extra boost.

This is a great overall boat, and will provide years of enjoyment to the next owner. The current owner is a true Correct Craft and Nautique enthusiast who has owned tons of Nautiques over the years.

If you have any questions about this vessel, please contact us!

Please note that Diacom shows 1,324.6 hours, while the gauge shows 1,218.1

A client brought his really cool 1992 Sport Nautique to us this afternoon. This boat is still owned by the original family, and they would like to see it brought back to beautiful condition, and that is our plan. It will be getting refreshed gelcoat, new decals & graphics, some engine work, a complete trailer refresh, gauge repairs, a new hidden bluetooth stereo, a refinished windshield frame, and more. Stay tuned as we bring this one back to life!

This Ski Nautique 206 SE belongs to a friend of ours, and is in for a little cleanup work and to be prepped for sale. This boat would be perfect for two types of people. It is great as-is for someone who wants to just jump in and ski/ride without worrying about keeping a boat perfect. It would also be a great restoration candidate. This boat could be made beautiful without too much work.

The upholstery on this one needs some love in order to be perfect, and the gelcoat has a few imperfections. The engine is the reliable GM 5.0L Pro Sport, with digital throttle control and EFI, and has 1,218 hours.

We'll be cleaning this one up a bit, adding new SKI NAUTIQUE graphics to one side, and getting it ready to sell.
