We've already pulled the rear seat out, pulled the fuel tank, checked the anti-siphon valve, checked the tank vent, checked the fuel pickup tube, reassembled everything, and put the seat and floor back in. We'll install a new low-pressure fuel pump tomorrow.

Also, we found a severely-misadjusted transmission cable. We adjusted it properly, and the shifting feels quite a bit better now, but still has some tightness to it. We believe the issue may lie in the thirty-year-old throttle/transmission control at the helm, not at the transmission linkage area. We'll check to see if the client wants to replace it or not. It isn't terrible.
