This vessel has arrived from Tennessee for some restoration work, including replacing the current tower (which is indeed installed backwards!) with an original Flight Control Tower. We'll also be installing new dash gauges, fixing the dash mounting holes, installing a new light bar on the tower, replacing the depth finder, fixing the torn cover, and winterizing the vessel.
Here's the new light bar that will go on the refurbished Flight Control Tower.
We started today by pulling the dash and replacing the gauges. We're still waiting on the new GPS speedometer and the new depth finder to arrrive, but it is looking much better already!
