SORT THESE POSTS OLDEST FIRST IN ORDER TO SEE THE
CHRONOLOGICAL PROGRESS ON THIS VESSEL.
The owner of this 1992 Ski Nautique contacted us and asked us to get his boat running again. It has been sitting on his lift for the last three years without being used, and now it cranks but will not start. We picked it up and brought it into our facility, and we will get it ready to provide fun to his family once again!

This vessel got a good cleaning of the vinyl today, and it is now ready to go home to its owner's dock. Not bad for original 1992 upholstery!
Lake test was a success! We adjusted the propeller shaft packing to the ideal setting of six drips per minute in forward, made a few carburetor adjustments, and tested everything out. No issues!
Now we will just give the boat a good cleaning and take it back to the owner's dock, where his family will enjoy it for many years to come.
She's a runner!
The new GT40P heads are installed! We also got the rebuilt carburetor installed. It is coming together nicely!
We will be finishing this one up by installing the exhaust manifolds and risers, which have been cleaned up and resurfaced, tomorrow using, of course, new PCM brand gaskets. The GT40P heads require different spark plugs than the original heads, so these will be getting the proper Autolite 104 plugs.
New heads are all painted up and ready to mount.
