The modifications for the engine to fit inside the engine box were made today. Coolant bottle mount was modified to allow it to sit lower, the mounts for the plastic engine shroud were modified to allow it to sit lower, and a few other little things were done. We need to install heater hose fittings, and then it is ready to go in!

Today, the bilge was pressure washed and prepared for the new engine. Blower hose was replaced. Wiring was cleaned up and made ready. Fun stuff coming soon!

Original engine is out! New ZR-409 will be installed in the next couple of days.

All decals and pinstripes are now removed from the blue area. Time to get going on the rest of the work!

This vessel is also getting all new SPORT NAUTIQUE decals and a new Official World and National Wakeboard Tow Boat decal for the transom, along with new pinstripes. While the lettering is off, we'll give it a full wet sand and buff before installing the new decals.

Today, we pulled the decals and some of the pinstripe. We'll pull the rest of the pinstripe tomorrow and get going on the gelcoat work.
