Engine box closes! This always takes some work, but this one wasn't too bad.

This is starting to get exciting. It looks pretty good in there! Still need to do a little plumbing work, but we're close to water test time.

The modifications for the engine to fit inside the engine box were made today. Coolant bottle mount was modified to allow it to sit lower, the mounts for the plastic engine shroud were modified to allow it to sit lower, and a few other little things were done. We need to install heater hose fittings, and then it is ready to go in!

Today, the bilge was pressure washed and prepared for the new engine. Blower hose was replaced. Wiring was cleaned up and made ready. Fun stuff coming soon!

Original engine is out! New ZR-409 will be installed in the next couple of days.
