Successful lake test! She's ready to head home. After this video, we brought it back to the assembly shop and put the rear end back together, covered it, and it is ready for pickup!

Test run on the hose today went well. Water test tomorrow morning!

Replacement engine and transmission installed! Getting the final connections completed, and then it is water test time!

Bilge has been cleaned, and it is drying tonight. We may mount the new engine tomorrow if everything dries out. Fans are running!

Old engine is out. It was certainly beyond repair. The block, heads, and exhaust are all cracked, and the oil is full of water!
