The 2002 Super Air Nautique is a GIANT in wakeboarding history. This era of Super Air Nautique represents the golden age of OG wakeboarding, at least in my opinion. It is hard to find a better representation of that awesome era than this 2002 Super Air Nautique!

We recently acquired this 2002 Super Air Nautique 210 Team Edition (SANTE) from a gentleman right here in North Carolina. It is in nice condition, but the previous owner had an unfortunate incident with his last oil change. It seems that the gasket from the old oil filter stayed on the engine when the old filter was removed, and when the new filter was installed, it was double-gasketed, resulting in the oil leaking out of the engine and the engine requiring a total rebuild.

We will work with our friends at PCM to rebuild the engine, and the rest of the boat will get the full Silver Cove Marine treatment. It will be beautiful!

This vessel was purchased by a great family at the end of March, 2024, and we will be completing this restoration to their specifications.

All of the small carpeted pieces are back in, and you can see in this shot all of the new hoses and fittings on the v-drive and on the fuel tank.

The ballast system is almost complete. We're waiting on one more delivery before we can officially wrap it up, but it is very close.

The new reversible pumps are being mounted in a hidden fashion, with the two rear pumps being mounted on the inside of the rear crossmember, and the center pump being hidden under the dash.

Of course, all hoses and fittings are new, along with all of the wiring.

Ballast system is going in! The owner wanted the stock tanks installed, but with new reversible pumps. This will work very nicely, since these new pumps shouldn't let the tanks fill while underway with the pumps off like the stock system did. We're replumbing the whole system, installing individual switches for each tank (unlike the 2002 factory system), and running all new wiring.

We also fixed our little fitment issue with the engine cover hitting the coolant overflow bottle. We modified the bracket for the bottle, lowering it about 1". That solved our issue!

We went ahead and reassembled most of the panel today. We still need a speaker ring for it, and our upholstery person is working on that right now. The rest looks pretty good in my opinion!

Remember, the picture below is what it looked like before it was restored. Notice the stereo mounting area.

We received the refurbished throttle panel from our panel repair partner today. It looks great! We'll get it all reassembled and installed soon!
