Boat Has Clean/Clear North Carolina Title 

This 2003 Ski Nautique 196 came from Kelleys Island, Ohio.  It was a Christian camp boat before we acquired it. 

The gelcoat has been wet sanded, buffed, and polished, and it looks excellent!  All factory decals and pinstripes are new and look great!  The interior has been completely replaced with factory-style skins with the correct logos.  The dashboard has been cleaned, and the gauges have been calibrated.  PerfectPass Stargazer 3-Event has been installed. The teak swim platform has also been refinished.   

This boat has a PCM 5.0L Pro Sport 275 HP engine, and we have gone through the engine to be sure it is running perfectly. 

This vessel was purchased mid-restoration by a gentleman who will use the boat on Smith Lake in Alabama.  This boat will give him many years of enjoyment for sure! 

Our Restoration: 

• Remove windshield, disassemble, powdercoat windshield frame, reassemble

• Remove and powdercoat all other appropriate parts (vent covers, etc.)

• Remove interior panels, install new factory-style skins with proper logos and replace foam as-needed

• Replace steering cable

• Check throttle and transmission cables, and replace if necessary

• Replace battery cables

• Check underwater gear (rudder, shaft, strut, tracking fins, etc.) and adjust or replace as necessary

• Refinish original propeller

• Thoroughly inspect exhaust system, including muffler and hoses, and check for exhaust riser leaks

• Remove dashboard, clean, and calibrate gauges

• Completely refinish gelcoat to the best level reasonably possible

• Replace Rubrail

• Refinish the teak swim platform

• Install all new factory-correct graphics, decals and pinstripes

• Clean carpet

• Reinstall interior panels, windshield, and other interior parts

• Final water test and preparation for delivery

2014 Super Air Nautique 230

2014 Super Air Nautique 230 Team Edition

This 2014 Super Air Nautique 230 came to us from Alabama.  It was a Smith Lake boat before we acquired it.   

The gelcoat has been wet sanded, buffed, and polished, and it looks excellent!  All factory decals, chromax, and pinstripes are new and look great!  The interior has been completely refurbished with factory-style skins with the correct logos.  The dashboard has been cleaned, and the LINC system has been thoroughly tested.  This is truly a beautiful boat! 

This vessel was purchased in 2022 by a family that will get many years of enjoyment out of this beauty. 

Our Restoration: 

• Remove windshield, clean windshield & frame, reassemble

• Remove interior panels, install new factory-style skins with proper logos where necessary, and replace foam as-needed

• Check underwater gear (rudder, shaft, strut, tracking fins, etc.) and adjust or replace as necessary

• Refinish original propeller

• Remove dashboard, clean, and replace keypad

• Completely refinish gelcoat to the best level reasonably possible

• All new factory-correct graphics, decals and chromax are installed

• Reinstall interior panels, windshield, and other interior parts

• Final water test and preparation for delivery

2001 Ski Nautique Closed-Bow

This 2001 Ski Nautique came from Orlando, Florida, the home of Nautique Boat Company.  It was used by a family on a local lake there for several years before we obtained it. 

This boat came in needing an engine replacement and a quick cosmetic restoration.  The previous owner had run it with a failed impeller, which absolutely cooked the original GT-40 that was in the boat.  That engine was run so hot that it wasn't even rebuildable, so we replaced it with an Excalibur 330 that we had on hand.  It also didn't have any decals or pinstripes at all, and the gelcoat was severely oxidized. 

The gelcoat has been wet sanded, buffed, and polished, and it looks excellent!  All factory decals and pinstripes are new and look great!  The dashboard has been cleaned, and all gauges have been calibrated.  Both dashboard keypads are also brand new. PerfectPass Stargazer 3-Event has been installed. 

This vessel was purchased post-restoration by a gentleman who will use the boat in southern Florida.  This boat will give him many years of enjoyment for sure! 

Our Restoration: 

• Replace transmission cable

• Check underwater gear (rudder, shaft, strut, tracking fins, etc.) and adjust or replace as necessary

• Refinish original propeller with Nautique logos

• Replace the original engine with a rebuilt Excalibur 330

• Thoroughly inspect exhaust system, including muffler and hoses, and check for exhaust riser leaks. (Muffler checked out OK, but we replaced all exhaust hoses & fiberglass risers.)

• Remove dashboard, clean, and calibrate gauges.

• Completely refinish gelcoat to the best level reasonably possible

• Refinish the teak swim platformInstall all new factory-correct graphics, decals and pinstripes

• Replace Flight Clip bungees on board racks

• Final water test and preparation for delivery
